Fare Terms (GMRC)
The following fare media are permitted for travel within the GMRC network:
• Metro token
• Smart card
• Provisional paper ticket (used in case of AFC system failure)
Only children under 3 feet (90 cm) in height are allowed to travel free with an adult.
Purchased tokens are valid for use only on the business day of purchase, as per the applicable timetable for revenue services.
Travellers can purchase fare media/products by paying through cash or POS (Debit/Credit Card) at GMRC counters.
